Retreat Rental Rates  


Main Camp without Domes: 

  • Maximum occupancy 20 persons*
  • Includes use of the community house.
  • Long weekend (Thursday 2 pm until Monday 12 pm): $3,200
  • One week: $4,000

Main Camp with Domes: 

  • Maximum occupancy 30 persons*
  • Domes open from June through October depending on river flow. 
  • Includes use of the community house. 
  • Long weekend (Thursday 2 pm until Monday 12 pm): $3,500
  • One week: $4,800

Domes rented alone:

  • Maximum occupancy 10 persons*
  • Domes open from June through October depending on river flow.
  • Bookings taken only within 30 days of desired dates, unless part of the Main Camp Rental.  
  • $20 additional fee per person per night
  • Long weekend (Thursday 2 pm until Monday 12 pm): $1,300 
  • One week: $1,800 

Single cabin rented alone:**

  • Maximum occupancy 2-5 persons depending on cabin
  • Bookings taken for single cabins only within 30 days of desired dates. If a group rents more than 4 cabins, above listed Main Camp rates will apply. With shared use of the community house.
  • Check-In: 2 pm Check-Out: 12 pm
  • Per night: $125 for 2 people 
  • $20 additional fee per person per night  

Mud/Firewood surcharge (Nov15th to April 15th): $25 per cabin/weekend or $150 for main camp rentals

Generator surcharge for extra lights/amplified music: $100

Wedding Rental Rates 


Main Camp without Domes:

  • Basic fee covers a maximum of 100 day guests per day above the relatively small number of overnight guests.  
  • Long weekend (Thursday 2 pm until Monday 12 pm): $5,500 
  • Day guest over-limit fees: $20 per person for every person over the 100 day guest limit for each day there are more than 100 day guests. 
  • Absolute maximum number of day guests is 150

Main Camp with Domes: 

  • Maximum overnight occupancy 30 persons* . 
  • Domes open from early June until mid-October. 
  • Includes use of the community house.
  • Basic fee covers a maximum of 100 day guests per day above the relatively small number of overnight guests. 
  • Long weekend (Thursday 2 pm until Monday 12 pm): $6,500 
  • Day guest over-limit fees: $20 per person for every person over the 100 day guest limit for each day there are more than 100 day guests. 
  • Absolute maximum number of day guests is 150.

Terms, Forms, and Important Information


In addition, we require the following: 

  • A completed rental contract (view & print here) must be received by OZ Farm at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the event.
  • $750 non-refundable deposit and $750 refundable cleaning and damage deposit, both payable at the time you reserve your dates, for a total deposit of $1500. (We apply a $200 surcharge for bookings not paid in full two weeks prior to arrival.) The $750 refundable portion will be paid back within 2 weeks of departure unless there are any claims against that amount. 
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance: All groups renting the Main Camp or the Main Camp and Domes together are required to provide us with a Certificate of Liability Insurance at least two weeks prior to their visit. The minimum amount is $1 million general liability with OZ Farm and Dean Fernandez named as additional insureds. If we have not received a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance two weeks before your arrival date, we reserve the right to charge your group our costs (approximately $500) to provide this coverage. For an example of the Certificate of Liability Insurance form and the information required, click here.
  • Waiver of Liability/Insurance Acknowledgement: In addition to the above certificate of Liability Insurance, all visitors are required, as a condition of access to the property, to accept the language of our Waiver of Liability document
  • We apply a $200 surcharge for bookings not paid in full at least two weeks prior to arrival. 
  • Pet policy: Animals are strongly discouraged. There is a local pet boarding facility in Point Arena. Anyone bringing a pet to OZ is required to pay $50 per pet as part of their overall fee, plus costs of damage/cleaning to property or injury to poultry/farm animals. Dogs must be kept on a leash and are not permitted inside the community House, Domes, or on beds in cabins. 

 

*Maximum occupancy includes teacher(s), cook(s), children (except babies in arms) and all overnight guests staying on property. Please add $20 for each person above the stated maximum occupancy number (2 people per cabin and overflow tent camping).
