Main Camp without Domes:
Rental includes 100 day guests per day

MAIN CAMP WITHOUT DOMES (LONG WEEKEND):
Maximum Occupancy is 20 people
Includes use of the community house.

Total = $7,250 (One week = $9,000)
DOMES RENTED ALONE:
Maximum Occupancy 10 people*
Domes open from June through October depending on river flow.
Bookings taken only within 30 days of desired dates, unless part of the Main Camp Rental.

Total = $3,000 (One week = $4,000)

What's Included in your Retreat Rental at Oz Farm:
Access to all Guest Accommodations: Community House & Bath House, 5 cabins, 2 Yurts, The Geodesic Domes, Hot Tub, one-night use of Pizza Oven, Bonfire Pit, and swimming in the Garcia River.
payment of fees
To reserve your weekend, a 50% deposit must be paid.
The remainder of your rental fee must be received by Oz Farm at least two weeks prior to your arrival date. An additional $1000 refundable cleaning deposit is also due at the time of your final payment(returned within two weeks after the event). There is a 10% penalty for late payment. There is a 5% fee added to credit card payments.
A Certificate of Liability Insurance must be received at least two weeks in advance, covering the dates in question, and sponsors (retreat hosts) must sign a Waiver of Liability form.
Terms, Forms, and Important Information
In addition, we require the following:
A completed rental contract for weddings must be received by OZ Farm at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the event.
Certificate of Liability Insurance: All groups renting the Main Camp or the Main Camp and Domes together are required to provide us with a Certificate of Liability Insurance at least two weeks prior to their visit. The minimum amount is $1 million general liability with OZ Farm and Dean Fernandez named as additional insureds. If we have not received a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance two weeks before your arrival date, we reserve the right to charge your group our costs (approximately $500) to provide this coverage. Waiver of Liability/Insurance Acknowledgement: In addition to the above certificate of Liability Insurance, all visitors are required, as a condition of access to the property, to accept the language of our Waiver of Liability document
Pet policy: Animals are strongly discouraged. There is a local pet boarding facility in Point Arena. Anyone bringing a pet to OZ is required to pay $50 per pet as part of their overall fee, plus costs of damage/cleaning to property or injury to poultry/farm animals. Dogs must be kept on a leash and are not permitted inside the community House, Domes, or on beds in cabins.
**Maximum occupancy includes teacher(s), cook(s), children (except babies in arms) and all overnight guests staying on property.
