Retreats

Oz Farm hosts overnight groups of up to thirty people. Recent visitors include groups celebrating family reunions, anniversaries, birthdays, and bachelor/bachelorette parties; corporate or non-profit retreats; and workshops engaging in yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, cooking, art and river studies.

Retreats rent Oz Farm for the full Thursday-to-Monday "long weekend", just like any other group: you and your guests may arrive at 3 p.m. on Thursday and stay until 12 p.m. on Monday.

Occupancy includes teacher(s), cook(s), children (except babies in arms) and all overnight guests staying on property. 

Retreat Rental Rates  

MAIN CAMP WITH DOMES: 

  • Maximum Occupancy is 30 people

  • Domes open from June through October depending on river flow.

  • Includes use of the community house.

  • Long weekend (Thursday 3 pm until Monday 12 pm): $4,000

  • One week: $5,500

SINGLE CABIN RENTED ALONE:

  • Includes 2 people*

  • Bookings taken for single cabins only within 30 days of desired dates. If a group rents more than 4 cabins, above listed Main Camp rates will apply.

  • Check-In: 3 pm Check-Out: 12 pm

  • Per night: $165-$185 for 2 people

  • $20 additional fee per person per night

MAIN CAMP WITHOUT DOMES: 

  • Maximum Occupancy is 20 people

  • Includes use of the community house.

  • Long weekend (Thursday 3 pm until Monday 12 pm): $3,500

  • One week: $4,500

DOMES RENTED ALONE:

  • Maximum Occupancy 10 people*

  • Domes open from June through October depending on river flow.

  • Bookings taken only within 30 days of desired dates, unless part of the Main Camp Rental.

  • Long weekend (Thursday 3 pm until Monday 12 pm): $1,600

  • One week: $2,000

What's Included in your Retreat Rental at Oz Farm: 
Access to all Guest Accommodations: Community House & Bath House, 5 cabins, 2 Yurts, The Geodesic Domes, Hot Tub, one-night use of Pizza Oven, Bonfire Pit, and swimming in the Garcia River. 

payment of fees 

Oz Farm requires a $2000 deposit in order to hold a date. ($1000 non-refundable and $1000 cleaning deposit refundable after the event as long as no damages are made)
All fees must be received by Oz Farm at least two weeks prior to your arrival date. 

A Certificate of Liability Insurance must be received at least two weeks in advance, covering the dates in question, and sponsors (retreat hosts) must sign a Waiver of Liability form.
